Each chapter closes with प्रश्न-अभ्यास on the content and the writer's intent, a भाषा की बात section that works on व्याकरण, शब्द भंडार, मुहावरे and वाक्य रचना through the passage just read rather than as a separate drill, and short रचना or activity prompts. The poetry chapters carry their own appreciation questions. This is the structure the school paper follows, which is why the prescribed text repays being read as written — a guide summary removes exactly the language material the questions are drawn from.
