Each chapter closes with प्रश्न-अभ्यास, which asks for the writer's intent and the sense of a passage, and a भाषा अध्ययन section that works on व्याकरण, शब्द भंडार, मुहावरे and वाक्य रचना through the text just read rather than as a detached grammar drill. The poetry chapters carry their own appreciation and रचना और अभिव्यक्ति questions. This is the structure the board paper is built on, and it is why the prescribed text is worth reading as written — a guide summary removes precisely the language material the questions are drawn from.
