The biology practical carries 30 marks in Class 12 and is examined differently from physics or chemistry. The viva voce section, arranged experiment by experiment, covers what the external examiner actually asks, and the diagram work throughout is what a student copies into the practical file. The manual is used alongside the NCERT Class 12 biology textbook, which carries the theory the practicals rest on.
